In addition to a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the forest, our wellness centre also offers several types of saunas. <\/p>

FINISH SAUNA<\/span><\/strong> (95\u00b0C) is a place where you will feel absolutely free and where you will regain your strength and recharge your energy without the slightest effort. Finnish sauna cures ailments, heals, relieves muscle tension, strengthens immunity and detoxifies the body. <\/p>

SALT SAUNA<\/strong> (55 \u00b0C) relieves mental tension and eliminates fatigue, improves blood circulation, cleanses skin pores, helps with the treatment of respiratory problems (asthma, chronic cough, allergies), rheumatism, digestive problems, immune disorders, relieves the effects of smoking, help with psychological problems, relaxes breath, softens ligaments, and increases metabolism. <\/p>

A STEAM SAUNA<\/strong> provides you with a warm and moist relax at a temperature of 45\u00b0C, which makes it fundamentally different from a Finnish sauna. The high humidity in the steam sauna creates a unique climate with the addition of fragrant oils or herbal steam, which significantly benefits your entire body.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
